Getting a copyright strike

If you’re able to submit a counter notification in time, you can delete the video without a copyright strike. To see also : How Many Views on YouTube to Get Paid?. If you’ve uploaded videos without permission, you’ll also risk losing your channel. If your videos have been copied, you should make sure that the caption and thumbnail of your videos are original.

The process of mass deletion on YouTube is not an easy one. While you can manually select the videos that you want to remove, you cannot delete them all. You can delete only 50 videos at a time. Once you select the page filter, you will see a list of 50 videos. Click on each one of them, select “Delete all” and delete them. Then, you will get an email notification from YouTube.
Reporting copyright infringement
YouTube has a reporting system that allows authorized users to report infringement. Any person can report the copyright infringement in a variety of ways, including by posting a comment on the video or mailing an anonymous letter to the company’s legal department. The company scans videos for copyrighted content using an automated system. This system compares fingerprints of copied content to the ones found in the video. Once the complaint has been submitted, YouTube will review it and take appropriate action.
Reporting copyright infringement on YouTube is easy, and YouTube will remove the infringing video within 24 hours. To file a report, first select the content type. If the copied content is legitimately uploaded to YouTube, it should appear under the re-uploaded option. Infringing content can be a non-YouTube video, or a logo that is protected by copyright. There’s also a catch-all category for non-category videos and other content. You’ll need to provide the original URL and title of the video to proceed. In addition, the time stamp should be accurate to prevent the infringement from happening again.
