Access to Twitter Labs
Developers have a new way to influence how Twitter builds its API. Twitter Blue subscribers will get access to new features before other users. Under the new ‘Labs’ banner, Blue subscribers will have early access to experimental features that are not ready for public beta testing. For example, Labs subscribers can post longer videos than two minutes, and users on iOS will be able to pin their favorite conversations. Developers can also sign up for an account on TwitterDev to receive updates on new features.
Access to Twitter Labs is available for those who subscribe to Twitter Blue. Subscriptions to Blue will allow you to access features that are not available to normal users. These features include creating bookmark folders and reading tweets in a “Reader Mode.” Furthermore, Twitter plans to roll out a feature called Twitter Labs for Blue subscribers. It will give Blue subscribers early access to experimental features and functionality. For more details, check out Twitter’s official website.
Longer video uploads
The new feature of Twitter Blue allows its subscribers to upload videos that are longer than two minutes. Twitter has been testing out new features for its video sharing service, and users who subscribe to Blue will have early access to these new features. In addition to longer video uploads, Twitter Blue subscribers will also receive a new feature called “Pin My Conversations.” The pinned conversations feature will allow users to keep track of the most popular conversations on the platform.
The feature is currently available to users in the U.S. and Australia, but it will be coming to users everywhere in the future. Subscribers will be able to upload videos of up to 10 minutes. This new feature is only available to users in those two countries, so it is unclear whether this new feature will roll out to other users, or remain in beta status until further notice. If you have a business account with Twitter, you may want to consider using the service as a part of your marketing strategy.
