How to Remove Stories From Facebook
Are you wondering how to remove stories from Facebook? You can either archive stories or delete them by clicking the “Archive” button. Stories are archived in the chronological order of the person who shared them, so that it’s easy to find them again later. You can also choose to mute a story, and you can also delete it completely. Disable Facebook Story Archive

To delete a Facebook story, simply go to the story’s page and tap “More.” Then select the “Delete” button. This will also remove the story from Instagram. Once your story is deleted, it won’t appear on either Facebook or Instagram. You can then delete it on both social media platforms by using the steps outlined below.
Delete a post
To delete a post, tap on the three-dotted icon in the top-right corner of the post. If you’re using a mobile phone, click on the three-dot menu and choose “Delete Story.” Select the post to be deleted and then confirm your action by selecting “Delete”. You can select which stories you’d like to archive by clicking on the checkbox next to the stories. Besides deleting the post, you can also find it in the archive. Once published, the post is publicly available for 24 hours.
