If all else fails, try clearing your cache and checking your browser. If all else fails, try restarting your device and re-opening YouTube. If you don&#8217;t have a time zone set on your device, you can enable the automatic time and date feature on your Android phone. Then, try rebooting your phone to force the date and time to update. Once the time and date are correct, you should be able to view videos.<\/p>\n<p>If the time zone setting is set correctly, YouTube will display videos. If you still see the loading sign, your time zone is incorrect. To fix this, change your system&#8217;s time zone to one that matches the current location of your computer. If that doesn&#8217;t fix the problem, try changing your time zone manually. Another quick way to check whether the time zone setting on your computer is correct is to right-click the time in the Windows taskbar.
