The good news is that you don&#8217;t have to do this until the end of the 30-day period. If you delete your account in that time period, your username will be free, but that means someone else will be able to take it. To get your account back, you must log into your Instagram account with your credentials. The date data will be removed, but you can choose to &#8220;Keep Account&#8221; to keep your profile.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Download_data_from_instagram\"><\/span>Download data from instagram<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To download data from Instagram, you can follow these steps. First, sign in to your Instagram account. When you log in, you&#8217;ll be presented with a message asking if you&#8217;d like to download information. Select &#8220;Yes&#8221; to continue. On the next page, you can download your photos, comments, profile details, search history, contacts, messages, likes, and other user-specific information. Then, simply follow the directions to complete the process.<\/p>\n<p>You can also download the full archive of content you&#8217;ve created. These include messages, photos, videos, and captions. In addition, you can download archived Stories and posts. Ultimately, you can use this download tool to archive your Instagram data and export it to your PC. But if you&#8217;d rather keep your data for future reference, you should delete your account on Instagram first.
