To do so, first pinch the photo in question, then tap the Edit button in the top right corner of the screen. This will generate a color swatch based on the dominant hue. If you want to change the background color of an entire story, you can also edit each individual photo by dragging it onto the canvas.<\/p>\n<p>To change the background color of a tagged story, navigate to the editing menu. Tap the &#8220;Add This to Your Story&#8221; option. In the color palette, select a color. Alternatively, you can use the dropper tool to drag the color to the left and click on a different color to change it. After you have made the selection, tap the &#8220;Done&#8221; button.<\/p>\n<p>While the background color tool is limited to tagged stories, you can change it on the create tool, too. To change the background color of a tagged story, tap the Aa button at the bottom of the screen. Tap the scribble tool, select the &#8220;marker&#8221; option, and then long-press the photo until the selected color is reflected on the screen.
