IDrive is similar to Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive. Once you&#8217;ve installed the app, you can sign in and select Instagram from the Backup tab. You&#8217;ll then be able to choose which Instagram account you want to back up. You can also back up multiple accounts at once. It&#8217;s a simple procedure, and can help protect your account in the event of a disaster.<\/p>\n<p>To download your Instagram account data, you need to go to the settings menu and tap on &#8220;Download your profile.&#8221; The next screen will appear on your computer and will show you a link to download your profile data. The file will contain all of your posts, comments, and profiles. It will be stored in a file with the odd file extension of json, which is a JavaScript Object Notation.
