On this page, you&#8217;ll be required to enter your username and password. If necessary, you can even enter it twice. Once you&#8217;re done, you&#8217;re all set! Users can set the duration of their break and receive notifications in-app. It is available to users in the U.S., UK, Australia, and Canada. It&#8217;s not clear when the feature will be rolled out to all users. If you don&#8217;t receive a notification, you can try to delete and reinstall the app. This should bring it back to the most recent version of the app.<\/p>\n<p>Taking a break from the Instagram app isn&#8217;t difficult. You can also customize your notifications. For example, you can turn off the Take a Break option, which will alert you every 30 minutes, or turn it off entirely. To change the time of your break, you can go to the Time tab and change the time. After you have set the time, select a different time for your break. You can do this in two ways. First, you can temporarily disable all of your followers. Instagram will also prevent you from tagging other users in your photos. This feature will only work for a week, though.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re worried about a potential cyber attack, you can also temporarily deactivate your Instagram account. After you&#8217;ve gone through these steps, you can reactivate your account and log back in. To reactivate your account, go to Settings &gt; Login. Afterwards, you can reactivate your account by logging into the app. This method is particularly useful for removing a password from a mobile phone.<\/p>\n<p>Once your account is deactivated, it will no longer be accessible. However, Instagram will store a copy of your data for 90 days. You can retrieve any content you deleted within that timeframe. Besides, you can still find out who you follow and see the old posts. You can always go back to your Instagram account later.
