It can be time-consuming to manage all those accounts and upload all of those videos. However, you can save reels on Instagram and upload them to other platforms, such as Snapchat and TikTok.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve saved reels on Instagram in the past but haven&#8217;t yet shared them, there&#8217;s a workaround! First, go back to the reel you wish to save. Tap the three-dot menu that appears on the bottom-right corner of the reel. From there, choose &#8216;Save to camera roll&#8217;. Note: Save to camera roll only saves a reel to your Instagram profile. It might take a few seconds for it to save.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"InstDown\"><\/span>InstDown<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;re not sure how to save reels on Instagram, you can use a third-party app to download the videos. There are free and paid apps for this, and some of them come with in-app purchases and monthly subscriptions. One app that is free and works on both iOS and Android is InstantSave. It is a very simple process. All you need to do is sign into your Instagram account. Then, simply copy the link of the reel that you&#8217;re interested in saving.<\/p>\n<p>Another method is to use the native &#8216;Save&#8217; feature in Instagram. This option will save the video to your profile, instead of your device. It&#8217;s similar to bookmarking a website, but it will only save a video to your profile. Once you&#8217;ve saved the video, you can find it in your profile by tapping the hamburger icon or the profile icon. You can also bookmark a video by clicking the &#8220;star&#8221; icon and selecting &#8220;Save URL&#8221; from the pop-up window.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kapwing\"><\/span>Kapwing<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In case you&#8217;re curious about how to save reels on Instagram, there&#8217;s an app for that. Known as the Screen Recorder, this application allows you to save reels directly from Instagram. If you have an iOS device, you can download the app and use it to record reels from Instagram. However, you need to be a member of the Instagram community to download reels. To download reels, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<p>First, open Reel in your Instagram account. Tap the three horizontal dots on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, underneath the paper airplane icon. Then tap &#8220;Save&#8221; on the menu that opens. Once the menu opens, tap the &#8220;Save&#8221; button, which appears in white text on the middle of the screen. Once you&#8217;ve saved the reel, you&#8217;ll notice a notification in the middle of the screen, stating that it was successfully saved.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Video_Downloader_For_Instagram\"><\/span>Video Downloader For Instagram<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>How do you save reels on Instagram? To download a video from Instagram, you need to have the appropriate app. For iPhone users, there&#8217;s an app called InstantSave. This app will open your Instagram Reel and save it to your iPhone. If you&#8217;re an Android user, you can&#8217;t save reels on Instagram, but you can record the screen while a video is playing.<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve recorded a reel, you can access it whenever you want. Simply tap the three dots icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. The &#8220;Save&#8221; button will appear in white text. Tap the Save button, which appears third from the top of the screen. Once you&#8217;ve done this, your saved reels will appear in your collection. You can also access this collection from your Instagram profile page.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Using_a_screen_recorder_to_download_reels\"><\/span>Using a screen recorder to download reels<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>While Instagram&#8217;s built-in download option isn&#8217;t as smooth as its Android and iPhone counterparts, you can still record reels to your phone using a screen recorder. First, enable screen recording in your Control Center. Then, copy the reel&#8217;s link to the clipboard. Once copied, paste it into the URL field of a screen recorder app. This should download the reel to your phone.<\/p>\n<p>The second option is to use a third-party screen recorder app. Screen recorders allow you to save reels from Instagram without their watermark. You can also use a screen recorder on your iPhone to save reels to your device&#8217;s local storage. These apps are easy to download and can be found in various forms.
