This method will also delete any posts that you don&#8217;t like. First, go to your profile page and click on the menu icon in the top right corner of the screen. From there, you can choose &#8216;Settings&#8217;. Once you&#8217;re in the Settings section, tap on &#8216;Search History&#8217;. Click on this option to clear any previous searches. You&#8217;ll now have to start over with a blank explore page, as your previous searches will no longer appear.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Remove_posts_you_dont_like\"><\/span>Remove posts you don&#8217;t like<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;re tired of seeing the same content over again, you can reset your Instagram Explore feed to get back to its default settings. You can do this by first clearing your cache. If that doesn&#8217;t work, you can try removing specific posts. Before doing so, however, make sure your Instagram app is updated. Next, tap &#8220;Recent searches.&#8221; Then, tap &#8220;Clear recent searches.&#8221; Alternatively, you can select &#8220;Clear recent searches&#8221; and select &#8220;Clear all items.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Instagram app is available for both Android and iOS. To open it, simply tap the profile icon and tap the burger menu icon. Once you&#8217;ve done that, tap the &#8220;search history&#8221; option. It&#8217;s important to note that this step is irreversible, so follow the instructions carefully. You can also manually tweak the explore page by selecting posts that you&#8217;d like to see. Afterwards, you can choose whichever posts you want to see in your Explore feed.<\/p>\n<p>To clear the search history on your Instagram explore feed, go to the Explore page and click the three dots in the top left-hand corner. Once you&#8217;ve done this, a menu will appear. There, select &#8220;Edit preferences.&#8221; Then, tap &#8220;Clear history,&#8221; which will clear your recent searches. Click the checkmark to confirm. Follow these steps to reset your explore page. They will reset the algorithm and ensure you can see posts from your friends without a hassle.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Clear_cache\"><\/span>Clear cache<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are several reasons why you might want to clear your Instagram cache. Firstly, it will help speed up your browsing experience. Additionally, clearing your cache will save a lot of data and time. It will also allow you to easily find the posts you are most interested in. You can clear the cache of your Instagram app by following the steps below. After you&#8217;ve cleared the cache of your Instagram app, you can sign into the app again.<\/p>\n<p>If your Instagram feed is not updating, you may be experiencing a time zone issue. Make sure that the date and time settings are set correctly. If it still doesn&#8217;t refresh, try refreshing your feed again a few hours later. If the issue persists, try checking your other social media accounts and trying to clear the cache for those accounts. To do this, open Instagram and tap on the magnifying glass icon. Then, select the post you&#8217;d like to hide. Then, tap the three-dot menu icon. Finally, tap the button marked as &#8220;Not interested&#8221; in the post to remove it from your feed.<\/p>\n<p>Until recently, Instagram&#8217;s feeds were highly customized and tailored to individual users, but they now seem randomized and random.
