If you haven&#8217;t received it, check your SPAM folder and your email service. If it still doesn&#8217;t appear, your account may have been compromised. Next, create a new password and save it. If this step doesn&#8217;t work, you can contact Instagram&#8217;s customer support.<\/p>\n<p>If you are unable to receive an email, you can still reset your Instagram password by sending it a request. Once you have submitted this request, you will be sent a password reset link. Use this temporary password to log into Instagram. It&#8217;s important to change your password as soon as possible. If you&#8217;ve created an account and saved passwords on Instagram, you can use the autofill feature in Settings to quickly fill in your account details. This autofill feature is convenient, too. To do this, simply log into Facebook and then follow the instructions on the website. After you&#8217;ve completed these steps, Instagram will send you an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link and enter the new password. Ensure that you type it correctly &#8211; Instagram is case-sensitive, so be extra careful!<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re using the app on a computer, you can simply click the &#8220;forgot password&#8221; link and follow the directions to reset your password. This method works for both desktop and mobile platforms. If you&#8217;re using an iPhone, you can also sign in with your phone number. Once you&#8217;ve entered your phone number, follow the directions to confirm your new password.
