You can turn off this feature and restore your inbox to how it was before the presence of the activity status. If you use more than one account, you will need to disable each of them. To do this, visit the Settings page and tap the Accounts tab. There, select Privacy. Then, click on the Activity Status tab, and click &#8220;Undo Last Seen&#8221; &#8211; a pop-up window will appear.<\/p>\n<p>The first step in turning off the activity status is to access the settings menu on Instagram. Navigate to your profile by clicking the icon in the upper right corner. Next, select Settings. Scroll down to Privacy and Security. Scroll down to the section labeled &#8220;Show Activity Status.&#8221; Toggle the setting off to turn off the feature. Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to use Instagram again without the activity status.<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve turned off the activity status, you can go back to hiding your posts. While this setting only shows the last time you accessed the app, it helps to keep track of messages. If you find yourself sending and receiving memes at the most inopportune moments, you can turn off this feature and protect yourself from unwanted attention. It is also possible to hide your posts from other users. There&#8217;s an easy way to find out! You can look at the user&#8217;s activity status in the Messages section or in the top bar of the Instagram app. You can also check out their recent activity by looking at how many likes and followers they have. But you&#8217;d better make sure that the user is online &#8211; you don&#8217;t want to risk losing a potential chatting partner!<\/p>\n<p>You can also look at their profile picture to find out if they&#8217;re online. If they haven&#8217;t updated their profile recently, it&#8217;s unlikely that they&#8217;re online. However, if they have updated their profile, it&#8217;s a good sign that they&#8217;re using the app. If you&#8217;re unsure, you can always send them a direct message to see if they&#8217;re online or not.<\/p>\n<p>However, if they have disabled their activity status, you won&#8217;t be able to see when they&#8217;re online.
