First, you can change whether sensitive tweets will appear on your homepage or in search results. Changing this setting will prevent you from seeing these posts, but you&#8217;ll still have to block certain users. The Twitter homepage will contain a link to this setting. Click on it to access the &#8220;Settings and Privacy&#8221; option. From there, select the &#8220;Content You See&#8221; tab.
