The two minors provided their government identification information. Twitter&#8217;s &#8220;zero tolerance&#8221; policy against child pornography is publicly available, but the TOS states that they can review any content uploaded. Attempting to report the content will entail two steps.<\/p>\n<p>The court ordered Twitter to take action against the account owner. Twitter subsequently removed the account and investigated the case. Neal&#8217;s investigation involved a number of direct messages between children and adults, sexually explicit photos, and evidence that the account was owned by a minor. He interviewed the minor owner of the account on January 5, 2021. The warrant has since been withdrawn.
