It&#8217;s not the only historic object to be featured on Twitter, and this one may even be the oldest in existence. It was used by Lincoln for his inauguration, and was later used by Presidents Obama and Trump during their inaugural ceremonies. Here are some interesting facts about Abraham Lincoln&#8217;s Bible and Twitter, as well as other interesting presidential memorabilia.<\/p>\n<p>The Lincoln Bible is the Queen of Misinformation, Disinformation, and QANON for the Left. As I wrote on my Twitter feed earlier, I have been following the Lincoln Bible, which has a history of being spread via the Internet. The Bible has a six-word passage from a memo that was donated to the Library of Congress in 1928. Lincoln wanted to heal the wounds of a country in turmoil and end a civil war. Trump, however, seems intent on stirring up more trouble. Joe Biden and every corrupt force in American life support him. The failed establishment &#8211; the establishment who started disastrous wars and offshored industries &#8211; and open border lobbyists are all on Biden&#8217;s side. Rather than making the right decisions for the country, President Trump seeks to paint his opponents as evil enemies who need to be eliminated.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Barack_Obamas_use_of_the_Lincoln_Bible_to_take_the_oath_of_office\"><\/span>Barack Obama&#8217;s use of the Lincoln Bible to take the oath of office<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Lincoln Bible is the first official presidential Bible. In 1861, President Abraham Lincoln used it to take the oath of office. President Obama&#8217;s choice of a bible is symbolic of his history of equality. His father emancipated slaves, his mother led the civil rights movement, and he became the nation&#8217;s first black president. Obama will place his left hand on the stacked Bibles, held by his wife Michelle, and then repeat the oath of office administered by Chief Justice John Roberts.<\/p>\n<p>Using the Lincoln Bible for the oath of office marks a tradition based on civil rights. Abraham Lincoln first used the Lincoln Bible for his inauguration on March 4, 1861. Four other presidents have used a Bible for their inaugurations, including Harry S. Truman. The use of the Bible during the inauguration of the first African-American president, Richard M. Nixon, has created controversy in some quarters. The two Bibles will be stacked together in the same manner, ensuring a unique and symbolic ritual.<\/p>\n<p>Although it is not a constitutional requirement, presidents often choose historical bibles for their inauguration ceremonies. Abraham Lincoln&#8217;s Bible was the first to be used at his first inauguration in 1861, and other presidents have followed suit. Presidents have also often used the family bible.
