A fleet appears on top of the user&#8217;s feed on the mobile app. Anyone with a Twitter account can view them. Here are a few ways to use fleets on Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>To create a tweet fleet, you must first add a link to an existing post. This can be either someone else&#8217;s or your own. To do this, click the &#8220;Share&#8221; button (a box with an upward-pointing arrow). You can still add text and images to your tweet, and even edit the background color. You can then share the post with your followers as a fleet. But it is important to note that fleets are subject to Twitter&#8217;s rules.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Posts_that_are_similar_to_Instagram_Stories\"><\/span>Posts that are similar to Instagram Stories<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>One of the main differences between Instagram Stories and other social media platforms is the amount of text that can be added to a post. Instagram Stories allow users to add text, so that their photos stand out even more. Instagram uses the same keyboard as other apps, but there are also fun stickers that users can apply to their images. You do not need to be an illustrator to achieve this look, but some apps do allow you to use the microphone to dictate text to your post.<\/p>\n<p>While Instagram Stories offer a limited color palette, you can jazz up your text by adding color to your story. Instagram allows you to create your own custom color palette by opening the text icon and tapping the eyedropper. By incorporating your hashtag in your post, you&#8217;ll be able to show your followers other stories based on that hashtag. Like Instagram stories, Fleets are short and disappear after 24 hours. Twitter wants to know if Fleets will encourage deeper conversations. Fleets are not retweetable, so you can only reply to them through a direct message. Last month, Twitter announced that Fleets will be rolled out in phases globally. In India, the feature is now available for users. Fleets will be visible to everyone who follows you and to anyone who sees your profile.<\/p>\n<p>The Twitter app allows you to create fleets by taking an existing tweet and turning it into a Fleet.
