You&#8217;ll receive a response via email from Instagram, along with the instructions you need to follow. You will need to send a picture of yourself holding a piece of paper and having your face and hands clearly visible. You will have to submit the picture to Instagram through the instructions provided in the email.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re unable to log in to your Instagram account, your next step is to reset your password. Click the &#8220;Forgot your password&#8221; link under the login form and enter your username and email. You&#8217;ll receive a password reset email. If you&#8217;ve forgotten your password, follow the instructions to reset it in your inbox. Once you have done so, you&#8217;ll be able to log back into your Instagram account.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reactivating_your_account\"><\/span>Reactivating your account<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You can reactivate your Instagram account after it&#8217;s been deactivated. To do so, follow these steps. First, you must confirm your identity. You will be asked to submit a photo of yourself and your account name, as well as an email address and phone number. You may also need to enter a verification code sent to you via email.
