You can also choose to reply to specific media. Here are the steps to reply to a specific message on Instagram:<\/p>\n<p>Firstly, click on the camera icon at the bottom of the message you&#8217;re reading. From there, you can either reply to the entire message or just reply to a specific message. In the past, Instagram users could also reply to all kinds of messages by posting a picture. However, this feature has been removed in recent updates. You can also use Quick Replies to reply to common DMs without having to go through the entire process of typing a reply.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quick_replies\"><\/span>Quick replies<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Quick Replies on Instagram let you reply to incoming DMs without writing a full message. You can even set up greetings and welcome messages. These replies are available in the form of a button. These are great for connecting with your audience and communicating with them. These auto-replies only work on Instagram Business profiles. Here are some ways to use them:<\/p>\n<p>Using Quick Replies on Instagram saves time and ensures a quicker response. It also gives you the opportunity to build a better relationship with your fans. The new feature is easy to use. If you are a business owner, make sure to set up a separate inbox for quick replies. Adding this feature to your account will give you more time to respond to DMs. The new feature can also be used for customer service.<\/p>\n<p>Before posting a new Quick Reply, consider if you should reply to your followers. Responding to followers&#8217; inquiries is one of the best ways to engage with your audience. Often, followers will send comments or admiring messages, so answering their questions is a great way to engage with them. For business owners who rely on Instagram to sell products, setting up a Quick Reply is a great way to save time.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Emoji_reactions\"><\/span>Emoji reactions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You can use emoji reactions to respond to a direct message on Instagram. Earlier, emoji reactions were available only in Facebook Messenger and comments. However, the new feature allows you to reply to Instagram messages using any emoji you choose. No longer are you limited to a select few reactions. After clicking on an emoji, it will appear under the message in Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>The emoji reactions feature was first introduced in the web app for Instagram. It lets users check their messages on their computers. Double tapping a message will add the selected emoji and remove the default heart reaction. Users can also delete reactions that they don&#8217;t want to see. Once a message is received, they can tap it to reply. If they don&#8217;t like the emoji, they can choose another one.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Disable_replying_to_Instagram_stories\"><\/span>Disable replying to Instagram stories<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;d like to disable replies to Instagram stories, you can do so at any time. To do this, open the Instagram app on your iPhone and tap on the triple-line icon. This will bring up a drop-down menu that lets you control how other people interact with your profile. Select the Story option, and tap &#8220;Disable replying to Instagram stories.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The replying option is available in the profile settings of the Instagram application. To turn off this feature, simply select &#8220;Off&#8221; and make sure the radio button next to it turns blue. To enable the option, launch the Instagram app. Next, tap on the three-line hamburger icon. Select &#8220;Settings&#8221; and then &#8220;Privacy&#8221; settings. Click on the toggle next to &#8220;Disable replying to Instagram stories.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>You can also disable the message replies for Instagram stories if you don&#8217;t want to get immediate reactions. To do this, open the Instagram app and navigate to the profile screen. Select the hamburger icon at the top right of the screen. Select the settings option. Next, tap on the story you want to hide from others. You can turn on the feature again later if you&#8217;d like.
