You can change your time zone by changing your device&#8217;s settings, or you can restart your device and force the date and time to be updated. If these steps do not fix the problem, you can always clear your device&#8217;s data and try again. However, this may not solve the problem for all Android users.<\/p>\n<p>Another common cause of YouTube not working properly is that your time zone setting is incorrect. This is often indicated by a loading sign that appears constantly. To check your time zone setting, right-click the time icon in your Windows taskbar. Set it to On, then click OK. The system will then automatically update your time zone setting.
