You can activate this feature by double tapping on the screen or by swiping upward. Once you&#8217;re in the mode, you can do other things while you watch the video. Click Request Desktop Website and your browser will switch to desktop mode. When you are finished with your video, tap the play button on the video player and your video will begin playing in the background.<\/p>\n<p>Using a desktop browser like Firefox or Chrome will allow you to enjoy YouTube audio content in the background. To do this, open the YouTube website in the desktop view. After that, open the control center. The URL should appear in the control center. Select the video and press play to enjoy it in the background. This feature will also work in Opera. Once you have completed all these steps, you should be able to enjoy YouTube audio content without interruption.<\/p>\n<p>Another way to enjoy YouTube in the background is to install the Request Desktop Website app. This application is compatible with both Chrome and Opera and will allow you to enjoy YouTube audio content in the background. The app can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store. To use it, first, make sure your computer supports USB devices.
