Not only will Facebook shut down any apps you&#8217;ve connected to your account, but it will also delete all your data. Luckily, this process is extremely easy to accomplish. To start, log in to your Facebook account. Click the Account drop-down menu and select Settings &amp; Privacy. From here, select Your Facebook Information and click Deactivate.<\/p>\n<p>In iOS, you can find the Settings menu at the bottom of your screen. Scroll down to &#8220;General Account Settings,&#8221; and then select &#8220;Manage Your Account.&#8221; You should see a list of options. Choose &#8220;Clear History&#8221; from the list. Choose &#8220;Delete All Data on Facebook&#8221; from the list. After selecting &#8220;Clear History,&#8221; you can now deactivate the Facebook app on your iPhone or iPad.<\/p>\n<p>You can also disable auto-sign-in on your Facebook account. You can turn off the automatic sign-in feature in your browser or computer. Leaving this option enabled is important if you have multiple users sharing the same computer. If someone tries to snoop through your Facebook account, you don&#8217;t want them to see it.
