Then, select the setting you want to limit. Facebook will only show your profile to your friends and those who you choose to share it with.<\/p>\n<p>To limit the visibility of your posts, you can turn off &#8220;Friends except&#8221; on your profile. This setting is similar to &#8220;Specific friends&#8221; or &#8220;Close Friends&#8221; options. By choosing Custom, you can hide posts from specific friends of your friends. You can also turn off the ability of people to view your posts in search engines. While you&#8217;re limiting access to your Facebook profile on mobile, you should still limit your friends&#8217; access to your posts.<\/p>\n<p>While it&#8217;s not possible to lock your Facebook profile in mobile directly, there are workarounds. This will prevent strangers from seeing your posts or full-sized cover photos. If you&#8217;d rather hide a cover photo for privacy reasons, you can simply delete it or re-upload it. This is similar to changing the cover photo on a desktop computer. Both Picmonkey and Canva have built-in Facebook cover photo templates that you can download from either tool. To save a template, simply right-click it and select &#8220;Download template&#8221;. You can also pin related posts to optimize your cover photo. If you&#8217;re worried that your cover photo will appear cut off when viewed on mobile devices, you can always upload a smaller version.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Blocking_unauthorized_access\"><\/span>Blocking unauthorized access<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You&#8217;re not alone if you&#8217;ve had trouble with unauthorized Facebook access, and you&#8217;re not the only one. There are several ways to block unauthorized access to your Facebook profile in mobile, as well. Facebook&#8217;s &#8220;unusual activity&#8221; warnings are one of the most common methods of pressuring people into handing over their phone numbers. To block such messages, you need to log out of your Facebook sessions. This way, you&#8217;ll have a clean slate.<\/p>\n<p>Log out of Facebook before you start working.
