You&#8217;ll receive a second confirmation email in the mail.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Your_business_page\"><\/span>Your business page<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;re running a business, you may be wondering how to verify your business page on Facebook. Facebook offers two methods for verification. Both require that you provide documents to prove your business exists. In some cases, you can even verify your page by phone. To get started, just input your business&#8217;s phone number and wait for Facebook to call you back with a verification code. Alternatively, you can follow Facebook&#8217;s steps to verify your page on their website.<\/p>\n<p>You should submit documents that prove the legitimacy of your business. You can attach your official business license, seal, and\/or receipt to your application. The official documents should be in a high-resolution format. They must also contain the business&#8217;s name and address. If possible, you can also provide a copy of the business&#8217;s tax registration certificate. Facebook can request copies of these documents, but these can&#8217;t be returned unless they&#8217;re signed by the business owner.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Your_About_section\"><\/span>Your About section<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You can verify your Facebook account by adding a few documents to your profile. For example, if you run a business, you need to provide a certificate of formation, a business utility bill, and tax-related documents. Having the right documents is important for getting verified, as Facebook experts evaluate the validity of your account and may reject it if they find it lacking. A good way to increase your chances of verification is to explain the text in your profile. The About section is an opportunity to show your followers that your account is relevant to their interests.<\/p>\n<p>After applying for verification, you need to provide a compelling reason for your notability.
