You can delete the posts or hide them. To hide posts, log into your Facebook account and go to Settings. Scroll down to the Timeline and tagging section. In the &#8220;Timeline and tagging&#8221; section, select Only me. Turn off your timeline for two to three days and return to it. You will be prompted to edit the details of your birthday. Click the pencil icon to change your birthday&#8217;s visibility. Your birthday is displayed to friends and public. If you don&#8217;t want everyone to see it, you can set the visibility to &#8220;Custom.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, you can hide your birthday from the feeds of people who aren&#8217;t your friends. By hiding your birthday, the people you choose can only see the date and not the age. Facebook gives you the option to hide your birthday from specific friends or the public. If you&#8217;re happy with the amount of visibility your birthday receives, you can set it to &#8220;Friends&#8221; or &#8220;Public.&#8221; By doing this, only people who are your friends will see it.<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve changed the visibility of your birthday, you should check the &#8220;Remove from Friends&#8221; option in Basic Information.
