The process of unfollowing is simple: open a post from that person, and then click on the three dots in the top-right corner. Select &#8220;Unfollow&#8221; from the list that appears. The person will no longer be visible to you, but their posts will still be visible to the people you choose to follow.<\/p>\n<p>You can also remove your friends from your timeline by unfollowing them. To do this, go to the profile page of the friend you want to unfollow. Then click on the three dots, and select &#8220;Unfollow&#8221;. You&#8217;ll still be friends with them on Facebook, but you&#8217;ll no longer be notified of their posts. Once you&#8217;ve done this, you&#8217;ll be able to block them from seeing your updates and posts.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Unfriending\"><\/span>Unfriending<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To remove someone from your friend list, you must unfollow them first. To do so, visit their profile page and click on the &#8216;Friends&#8217; link. Click the three dots to open the settings menu and select &#8216;Unfollow People to Hide Posts&#8217;. The unfollow icon will no longer appear in the user&#8217;s timeline. You can also unfriend people. But you must unfollow them first if you want their posts to be removed from your timeline.<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t want to have your posts appear in their feeds, you can manually check out the user&#8217;s status. However, this is time consuming and may be counterproductive. Besides, manually checking out every user&#8217;s profile to see who has unfriended you is not always practical. This is why the app is so useful. By deleting the person&#8217;s profile, you can limit the number of updates they will see on your newsfeed.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Blocking\"><\/span>Blocking<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You can block people on Facebook by name or by email. To block a person, you must first log into your Facebook account. Next, click on the profile of the person you wish to block. Click the three dots to the right of their name and click &#8220;Block.&#8221; After blocking them, the person will no longer be able to see you or see your profile. You&#8217;ll see a section called &#8220;People.&#8221; Scroll down the list and click on &#8220;Block.&#8221; Once you&#8217;ve chosen a name to block, you can click on &#8220;Add someone&#8221; and select the person&#8217;s name.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Snoozing\"><\/span>Snoozing<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve been annoyed by people who constantly update your status or like their pictures, you can mute them with the Facebook Snooze feature. By Snoozing, you can disable updates from particular people, pages, or groups for 30 days. The good news is, the people you unfollow won&#8217;t know that you&#8217;ve done this. In case you&#8217;re wondering how to unfollow people on Facebook, just follow these instructions:<\/p>\n<p>After you have unfollowed someone on Facebook, you can undo the action by snoozing their posts. These posts won&#8217;t appear in your timeline for 30 days, but you can report them if they post something that offends you. When you want to unfollow people, you can un-snooze the person&#8217;s posts.
