If you&#8217;ve created a draft for business or personal purposes, you can access and edit them right from your desktop. If you&#8217;re an admin or Page editor, you can see drafts on your page and manage them accordingly.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Saved_drafts_are_stored_in_a_variety_of_places\"><\/span>Saved drafts are stored in a variety of places<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Drafts on Facebook are a great way to save your writing and check it later. While you can access these drafts from almost any device with an internet connection, they can be tricky to find. In order to access them, you first need to log in to Facebook. Select your profile from the left-hand navigation bar and then select &#8220;Settings.&#8221; There will be a section called &#8220;General&#8221; on the left-hand side of the screen. Scroll down and choose &#8220;Saved Data.&#8221; Then, select Facebook from the list.<\/p>\n<p>The iOS and Android applications both offer different methods for accessing drafts. First, users with the Approval Required Access must submit drafts for approval before they can post them. Once approved, these drafts will go to the Pending Approvals tab. If the draft is not approved, it will go back to the Drafts list. However, users with Full Posting Access can move any draft to the queue. After it has been approved, the post will be moved into the next available time slot.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Unpublished_drafts_are_automatically_removed_after_3_days\"><\/span>Unpublished drafts are automatically removed after 3 days<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you haven&#8217;t posted anything yet on Facebook, you can always save a draft and post it at a later time. Saved drafts are available on both personal and business pages. You can edit them later. They are also available for scheduling and backdating. Facebook automatically deletes unpublished drafts after 3 days. If you&#8217;re writing a post for your personal page, you can use Facebook drafts to increase engagement.<\/p>\n<p>To publish a draft on Facebook, login to your page with administrator privileges. From the main page, choose Publishing Tools, and select Drafts under the Posts section. Click on the Drafts option, and a new window will open. Click on the Create button on the right side of the draft box. A sample post will open. Once finished, enter your comments and save the draft. You can also schedule automatic updates.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Scheduled_posts_are_stored_in_a_separate_folder\"><\/span>Scheduled posts are stored in a separate folder<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>All admins on Facebook can view all of their scheduled posts. Click &#8216;Groups&#8217; from the left menu and select a group to view scheduled posts. Then click &#8216;See more&#8217; to see the list of your scheduled posts. From there, you can edit, delete, or reschedule any post. You can also choose to publish a specific post instantly rather than scheduling it several days in advance.<\/p>\n<p>To publish a post, go to the Publish button near the top left corner of the screen. This will open a new window. Enter the text for the post and add photos or tags. You can also add additional options to your post by selecting the bottom menu. Tap Next when you are done. A preview of the post will appear. If you do not like it, you can cancel it.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Unpublished_drafts_are_stored_in_a_separate_folder\"><\/span>Unpublished drafts are stored in a separate folder<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you have a long post on Facebook and are unsure where it should go, you should keep an eye on your unpublished drafts. Unlike on other social media sites, Facebook stores your drafts in a separate folder. You can access them by selecting &#8220;Pages&#8221; in the navigation bar. Click the three dots next to &#8220;Drafts.&#8221; You can then choose to publish, schedule, or delete the post.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve saved a draft on Facebook, you&#8217;ll be able to find it in your iPhone&#8217;s settings menu or in your Facebook app. Just make sure to tap on the notification that shows up when you save a draft. Facebook deletes drafts after three days, so you&#8217;ll need to find them quickly.
