The Harvard University graduate worked with Zuckerberg in the nascent years of the company. Now, he&#8217;s partnering with two Columbia University professors and a former Facebook employee named Scott Hemphill. It&#8217;s unusual for a company founder to promote the idea of breaking up the company he helped create. Ceglia completed website design work for StreetFax in 2003 and was convicted of theft in 2006. He claims that he owned 84 percent of the company, but has never been able to prove this. He said that he waited seven years to file his lawsuit.
