The process can be confusing and difficult. To delete all of your photos, you can first untag yourself and then follow steps 5 and 6. Repeat the process until all of your photos have disappeared from your profile. Then, you can delete albums one by one. This article will show you how to delete photos in Facebook in this way. Once you&#8217;ve removed the photos that you want, you&#8217;re done!<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Untag_yourself_to_delete_photos_on_Facebook\"><\/span>Untag yourself to delete photos on Facebook<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>When someone tags you in a photo, you can delete that photo by untagging yourself. If you don&#8217;t like the photo, you can also ask the poster to delete it. In case you don&#8217;t want to untag yourself, you can block them, which removes their tags from future images. However, this doesn&#8217;t automatically remove the photo from your profile. Untagging yourself is a good way to delete a photo you didn&#8217;t post.<\/p>\n<p>You can also untag yourself from photos you&#8217;ve posted. These photos are public and will be seen by everyone, even if you aren&#8217;t tagged. By untagging yourself, you can pretend that you did not post them in the first place. In most cases, untagging yourself is sufficient, but if you are not the original poster, you should contact them to request the photo be deleted. Alternatively, you can report the photo as a public image and ask Facebook to take action.<\/p>\n<p>The first step in deleting a photo is to go to your profile and click on Photos. This will take you to a large grid of all the photos on your profile. In the top right corner of each photo, you will see a pencil icon. Click on this icon and select Delete Photo. Note: Untagging yourself removes the photo from your profile and will also remove the tags. The selected photo should now display as the cover photo for your album. Then select &#8216;delete all&#8217; to remove the photo from your profile. Repeat steps 5 to 6 until you have deleted all of your Facebook posts. If you want to delete multiple photos, repeat the process. In some cases, you may want to delete individual albums and photos.<\/p>\n<p>The archive you have downloaded from Facebook should contain the data you requested. The archive will contain a generalizing HTML file and a folder containing downloaded photos and videos. Use the archive to delete your Facebook account. You can also delete your profile by going to &#8216;Settings&#8217; and clicking on the text link.
