To do so, visit Facebook&#8217;s website and click the blue button. You can submit appeals in three different ways: Form 1, Form 2, or Form 3. If your account has been disabled, Form 1 is the best option. Make sure to include a valid government-issued ID. If you don&#8217;t have one, you can still submit the form from your mobile.<\/p>\n<p>When completing the appeal form, make sure you provide correct information. You must provide your full name, date of birth, login email address, and mobile number. Once you have submitted the form, wait for Facebook to respond. You may be able to get your account back, or you may not. Follow the steps below for successful account reinstatement.
