Clicking on the name of the business will take you to its page. To tag a photo, place your cursor on the part of the photo that you want to tag. Anyone who sees your post will be directed to your page. If you have a website or a shop, tagging a business can help you reach more people. When you tag a business on Facebook, make sure that your audience and interest group overlap. There are some bonuses to tagging a business on Facebook.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"tagging_a_friend\"><\/span>tagging a friend<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>How do you tag a friend on Facebook? If you&#8217;re posting a photo, video, or check-in, you&#8217;ll need to select the person you&#8217;d like to tag. After you&#8217;ve selected the person, you can then type in their name and click &#8220;Tag.&#8221; If you&#8217;d like to tag several people, you can simply type their names one at a time and click &#8220;Tag All&#8221;. You can then add comments or delete the tagged post or comment.<\/p>\n<p>To tag a friend on Facebook, you need to make a post that includes their name. In order to do this, go to the &#8220;What&#8217;s on my mind&#8221; text box and type the person&#8217;s name. Make sure to leave spaces between the @ symbol and their name. Finally, tap the &#8220;Post&#8221; button to publish the post. This process will also save you time. You can also type their name by selecting it from the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"tagging_a_friends_page\"><\/span>tagging a friend&#8217;s page<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>How do you tag someone&#8217;s page on Facebook? Once you have selected the person, hit the &#8220;Post&#8221; button to send the message to them. To close the interaction and dismiss the notification, you can click the &#8220;close&#8221; icon, which appears as two crossed lines. This will remove the notification. You can then select another friend or page. The following steps are similar to those for tagging a page on Facebook.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"tagging_a_friends_profile\"><\/span>tagging a friend&#8217;s profile<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>While tagging a friend&#8217;s profile in a post on Facebook isn&#8217;t possible, you can still mention them in an image. Facebook uses facial recognition to suggest names when someone is in a photo. To tag a friend in an image, simply click their name in the photo&#8217;s caption. The friend will be notified of your post. It is also possible to tag a business&#8217;s page on Facebook. When you choose to tag a business&#8217;s page, however, you must use the @ symbol. This will prompt a drop-down list. From there, you can select the right page and type a caption. Then, simply press the &#8220;Post&#8221; button.<\/p>\n<p>Facebook also has an option to disable tagging for specific users. If your friends disable this feature, try tagging someone else. If this doesn&#8217;t work, try troubleshooting deeper Facebook errors. If a specific image or video has been hidden, your friend&#8217;s privacy settings may prevent you from tagging it. If tagging isn&#8217;t possible for a specific photo, try tagging a different profile.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"tagging_a_business_page\"><\/span>tagging a business page<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To tag a business page on Facebook, you must be logged into your Facebook account. You can use your personal account, but tagging a business page will increase its visibility. If you have a Facebook for Business account, you can create a tag for your business. You should make sure to note the full name of the business page to avoid confusion. You can also type @ before the business&#8217;s name to turn it into a tag. To do this, you&#8217;ll see a drop-down list of people and business pages you&#8217;ve tagged.<\/p>\n<p>Tag a business page with a link to your business&#8217;s Facebook profile. You can tag up to fifty people or business pages within one post. By doing this, you&#8217;ll get more exposure than if you simply posted something yourself.
