One of these houses, called Shluv House, is a 9,000 square foot property spearheaded by Spencer X and Michael Le. The house members include Cayman Rhodes, Jackson Krecoich, Kiera Vanias, and Ravi Vanias. In addition, there is a theater in the basement, and the Shluv team lives in a home with a Spanish\/modernist style. Another TikTok content house, called Bay House, is in St. Petersburg, Florida. Members include Jazlyn G, Danielle Cohn, and Desiree Montoya, and each house is named for a different creator.<\/p>\n<p>Hype House is the most well-known TikTok house. It&#8217;s comprised of four creators who have millions of followers. Others go there to make content. The Hype House also has a Netflix show about its members, which chronicles the ups and downs of being a public figure. These fun houses are becoming increasingly popular among content creators. These locations are ideal for collab shoots with influencers and sponsorships, or for any other kind of project that requires a creative space. The payments are based on views and engagement, and you can only get paid if your video is in line with the site&#8217;s rules.<\/p>\n<p>These platforms enable video creators to earn money without requiring them to spend a dime. A music producer might use TikTok to promote the music they&#8217;ve created or create classes for their followers. It disbanded in March 2021, leaving behind a farewell message on Instagram. While the Byte Squad may have been the UK&#8217;s first TikTok house, they are far from alone.
