Users are encouraged to report any bugs or problems they encounter in the TikTok app.<\/p>\n<p>Another problem that users reported is a slow loading time of TikTok comments. This issue causes users to wait a long time before commenting. To solve this, TikTok has made an update that will fix the problem. However, users may still encounter issues after updating the app. It is best to download the latest version to ensure that you are safe. A bug in the app can cause the video to be deleted.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Resetting_network_settings\"><\/span>Resetting network settings<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;re experiencing trouble streaming videos on TikTok, resetting network settings is a quick and easy solution. Restart your device, unplug the modem and router, and then re-plug everything back in. This should fix the network connection issue. If the problem persists, try a different network or try switching apps. If none of these methods work, contact TikTokSupport to have the problem resolved.<\/p>\n<p>If the network connection is weak, you may not be able to follow other users. To fix this issue, you should first check your Internet connection strength. Wait two to three minutes before logging back into TikTok. You can also try switching to mobile data if your Internet connection is unstable. Once you&#8217;ve fixed this issue, you can resume using TikTok.
