You can also reset your password on Twitter via text message.<\/p>\n<p>First, you&#8217;ll need to enter the phone number associated with your account. The last two digits of the phone number will appear on the webpage. If you have lost your phone, you can text the phone number to get a password reset link. After you enter the code, Twitter will send an SMS to the number you provided. Be sure to check your inbox as it may not arrive in time to reset your Twitter password.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Resetting_your_password_without_a_phone_number\"><\/span>Resetting your password without a phone number<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you have forgotten your Twitter password and you don&#8217;t have a phone number, it&#8217;s easy to fix this. First, visit the Help Center of the site and fill in your Twitter username, new email address, and description of the situation. Twitter will then send you a link with your new password. Click the link to reset your password. If you still don&#8217;t receive the link after 24 to 48 hours, try filing another report.
