On the menu, find the blocking and privacy section. In the Blocked People section, you will see who has blocked you. Click on Unblock People to unblock them. Note that unblocking someone does not make you friends with them. You will still have to send them a new friend request if you were once friends.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Unblocking_users_on_Facebook\"><\/span>Unblocking users on Facebook<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve blocked someone on Facebook, you may have wondered how you can unblock them. You can do so by visiting the person&#8217;s profile page and tapping the &#8220;Block&#8221; or &#8220;Unblock&#8221; button next to their name. From there, you can tap the &#8220;Unblock&#8221; button to restore communication. In both cases, the person will have to wait 48 hours before you can unblock them again.<\/p>\n<p>Open the Facebook app on your phone. On the right hand side, you&#8217;ll find an icon with three stacked horizontal lines. Click this icon to open the context menu and select &#8220;Unblock&#8221;. From there, you&#8217;ll see an overview of the parts of their feed that you can access. Once you have made the decision to unblock them, you can see what they&#8217;re sharing and whether they&#8217;re blocking you or not.<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve unblocked someone, you&#8217;ll be able to view their public profile and interact with them. Until this happens, they&#8217;ll be unable to see your posts or comments. You&#8217;ll also have a much smaller chance of seeing their updates unless they explicitly mention you. However, you can still send them friend requests and interact with their posts after you unblock them. However, you won&#8217;t be able to send them private messages.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Unblocking_a_Facebook_friend\"><\/span>Unblocking a Facebook friend<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To unblock a Facebook friend on your mobile device, follow the steps below. Log in to your Facebook account first. Find the icon in the top-right corner of your interface. Select Account Settings. Choose the Blocking category. Click the Unblock button to restore communication between you and your friend. Once unblocked, the user cannot unblock you again for 48 hours. Once the 48-hour period has passed, the friend may reblock you.<\/p>\n<p>You may also wish to unblock the person&#8217;s public profile. If this is the case, they will be able to see your public posts and other information. If they do, they may contact you. In addition, tags on photos will be active again. Once you&#8217;ve unblocked them, you&#8217;ll be able to send them friend requests and engage with their posts and activities. In order to unblock someone, you should follow these steps.<\/p>\n<p>To unblock a Facebook friend on your mobile device, login to your Facebook account and tap the icon with three horizontal lines. You&#8217;ll find Account Settings at the bottom of the settings page. Scroll down until you see Blocking, then tap Unblock. From here, you can see a list of people you&#8217;ve blocked and their profile information. To unblock a Facebook friend on your phone, follow the steps above.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Unblocking_a_Facebook_page\"><\/span>Unblocking a Facebook page<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>When you block a Facebook page on your phone, you are essentially blocking that person from seeing your posts. You cannot communicate with them through messages or start conversations. They also can&#8217;t add you as a friend, send you events, or send you messages. However, you can unblock them. You will need to visit their profile in order to do this. To do this, you can follow the steps below.<\/p>\n<p>First, navigate to the settings menu of the Facebook app on your smartphone. Go to the Privacy and Settings section and select Blocking. Scroll down to find the blocked user&#8217;s name and click on the UNBLOCK button. After clicking on the UNBLOCK button, you will receive a confirmation message. If you are unsure of whether your block is permanent or temporary, you should contact Facebook support.<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve done this, you can proceed to unblock the person&#8217;s profile. If the person you have blocked is no longer in your friends list, you should consider unblocking them from your phone. Unblocking a page is a good way to avoid further engagement with a person you don&#8217;t want to have a conflict with. Unblocking someone can also be a way to symbolize a new beginning. However, it&#8217;s important to note that unblocking someone from your phone doesn&#8217;t notify the other person.
