To enable dark mode, go to the settings menu and choose the option that says &#8220;Enable dark mode.&#8221; Once the setting is set, the Facebook app will automatically use dark mode based on the system setting on your desktop.<\/p>\n<p>The first step in activating the dark mode is to check if your device supports it. Before enabling dark mode, make sure that your device is running the latest version of the app. If the update was not completed, you can enable dark mode manually. All of these advantages make dark mode an excellent choice for people who frequently use Facebook at night.<\/p>\n<p>In order to enable dark mode on Facebook, you need to log into your appropriate account. To do this, find the profile icon near the top-right corner of the screen, near the &#8220;What&#8217;s on your mind?&#8221; text area. The icon may have three horizontal lines running through it, or a hamburger icon. After logging in, tap on the &#8220;dark&#8221; tab and select the option that matches your device&#8217;s color scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Next, switch to dark mode on the Facebook app by selecting the small radio button. Activate it manually or set it to auto-switch to dark mode based on your location. Once you&#8217;ve selected dark mode, it will be active across all pages and profiles. It will even be applied to Messenger. This is a great option if you&#8217;re concerned about privacy and safety. While most Facebook applications come with this feature, Facebook Messenger is no exception. Once you enable dark mode in Messenger, your chat window will go to a dark color scheme. To enable this feature, you must first go to the settings menu. Click on Display and Accessibility. From there, you should choose Dark Mode. Once you enable dark mode, you can use it for the rest of the Facebook website and Messenger.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, you can also enable the dark theme for all your Facebook apps and Messenger on Android. This will give you a full dark theme across all your applications and make it look slicker. Dark mode is a great option for people who like a dark theme on their chats and don&#8217;t want to be bothered with white text. The sombre color scheme will help you to concentrate.
