In order to do so, go to your Business Manager and choose E-commerce as the category of your business. Once you&#8217;ve set up your manual catalog, upload all of your products manually. Next, click &#8220;Manage Profiles&#8221; to add your product catalog. This step will enable you to select the items that are suitable for product tagging on Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve established your manual catalog, you can begin applying for product tagging on Instagram. You&#8217;ll be able to tag as many as five products in a single photo. The names of the products must match exactly. When you apply, you&#8217;ll also need to connect your Instagram business account to your product catalog. The business account must represent your brand and follow best practices for selling on Instagram. You also must be based in a country that allows Instagram shopping. If you have a business profile, you must be registered. You cannot apply for product tagging on Instagram unless you have a business account. Thankfully, there are ways to fix this issue without having to spend any time or money setting up your own business. First, you can report your problem to Instagram&#8217;s support team. Be aware that it may take them up to two weeks to investigate your issue. To start reporting a problem, visit your profile and select Help &amp; Support. On the Help page, select &#8220;Report Problems.&#8221; Follow the instructions that appear on-screen. Once you&#8217;ve done that, you must unlink your connection with Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>Another possible cause for this error is incorrect catalog information. Instagram displays product information differently. For example, titles should not be in all caps. Descriptions should also link to other products within your business account. Furthermore, it won&#8217;t allow you to tag products with incomplete information. There are many reasons why products fail to display properly, including missed pricing, different sizes, and colors. Luckily, this problem can be resolved quickly by making adjustments to your catalog and tagging system.<\/p>\n<p>If your catalog does not appear in the Shopping section of your business page, you should make sure that you have permission to tag products.
