For example, if you were following a Twitter user in 2008, you would see his feed from that year. However, if you follow more than one person, you will see multiple feeds from each person. This is called “time hopping.”

How to search for tweets by date on twitter

If you’ve ever wondered how to search for tweets by date on Twitter, you’ve come to the right place. This method allows you to filter your results by date and engagement, making it easy to find tweets based on specific dates. It’s also very easy to use – all you need to do is type in a keyword and click the search button. To narrow down the search results even further, you can use Twitter’s advanced search feature, which allows you to filter the results by date, user, or keyword.

Using Twitter’s search feature, you can search for tweets mentioning specific accounts. You can also search for tweets sent from a specific geographic location. To narrow down your search results, you can use the “from” and “to” date dropdowns. This way, you can search Tweets from any date since the public tweet was posted. By using these options, you can easily find the tweets that matter most to you.

Then, you can use the “since:” and “till:” operators to narrow down your search results. These two operators can be combined or used separately. In addition to date, you can also search by the most liked tweets within a particular date range. Using “most liked” or “most-received” in conjunction with the phrase will help you find tweets that have specific feedback. Until recently, you would have to learn the nuances of Twitter search operators to find the right ones. But thanks to Twitter, you no longer need to learn them.

Turning off the algorithmic timeline on Twitter

In February, Twitter announced a new feature that reverts the chronological timeline back to its old reverse-chron system. As a result, the most recent tweets would be shown first in the timeline. Unfortunately, this new feature was hidden by default. To turn it off, you have to log into your Twitter account and select the icon that looks like a bunch of stars. Then, click the ‘See latest tweets’ option.

The algorithmic timeline was first introduced in 2016 and has been widely criticized. The algorithmic feed caused an outcry, with Twitter and Instagram users both stating that they do not like the new format. As a result, users report missing 70 percent of the posts on their timeline. Thankfully, users can reorder their feeds to put their favorite accounts and events in the first few columns. You can also turn off the algorithmic timeline altogether by enabling the toggle button in your profile settings.

If you’re tired of seeing the same content over, you can turn off the algorithmic timeline on Twitter. You may need to adjust the settings on other devices as well. This feature can distract you from your personal conversations and make your feed seem unnecessarily long. However, you can avoid these issues by turning off the algorithmic timeline. You can see who has the most recent tweets.

Turning off the algorithmic timeline for all users

If you’re tired of being buried in a chronological feed, you can turn off the algorithmic timeline for all users on the social network. The algorithmic feed was first introduced in October and has since been widely tested. Twitter said the feedback has been positive, and has decided to ship it more broadly. However, you can’t set this as your default. So, how can you make your feed more personalized?

One way to turn off the algorithmic timeline is to go to the Twitter website. The “Algorithmic timeline” is the default, and is a great way to see your favorite content. This is different than the “while you were away” feature on Facebook, which prioritizes tweets by date and time. The new feature still offers a live tweet stream, but you will see some tweets out of order. If you’d prefer to see the tweets in chronological order, you can turn off the algorithmic timeline by clicking the “Create” icon, which looks like a paper with a plus sign.

Moreover, the algorithmic timeline is less informative for those who prefer a chronological timeline. Twitter has taken some steps to address criticism over the years, and this feature is a good thing, but not for everyone. This feature isn’t yet implemented and will likely be turned on sooner than later. However, it is a good idea to turn off the algorithmic timeline for all users before the transition takes place.

How to Go Back in Years on Twitter In addition to using a search function in Twitter’s Search bar, you can also view feeds from the past.
