The new UI gives tweets a polished appearance and makes the most of screen real estate on larger devices. Especially for those who frequently tweet media, the new look will be a boon. If you&#8217;re curious about what&#8217;s new, take a look at the article below.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tweet_Reaction_Videos_resemble_Twitter_Fleets\"><\/span>Tweet Reaction Videos resemble Twitter Fleets<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Fleets are essentially videos that resemble Twitter posts. Like Tweets, Fleets are not chronological and they don&#8217;t move through the network, but they do allow viewers to interact privately with posters. The best Fleets are interactive, meaning viewers can add emojis to react to them. Twitter is still working out how to prioritize Fleets, but they will likely start out with the people they follow, as well as public figures.<\/p>\n<p>The idea of allowing Twitter users to create reaction videos isn&#8217;t entirely new. The Twitter app already encourages users to post video comments in some cases, such as &#8220;#Fleets&#8221; and &#8220;Fleets.&#8221; The new feature resembles Instagram Stories in its concept. Users can post a Quote Tweet and a Reaction Video in a single tweet, with the original tweet appearing as a card overtop of the video.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Users_can_attach_photos_and_videos_to_a_tweet\"><\/span>Users can attach photos and videos to a tweet<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Currently, Twitter allows you to attach four pictures and one video to a tweet. But in the near future, Twitter will allow you to attach multiple files at the same time. A developer named Dylan Roussel noticed this new feature and tweeted that the company was working on it. However, the feature isn&#8217;t yet available for Android users. Users can attach a still image and a video to a tweet, but not both.<\/p>\n<p>Besides the usual photos and videos, users can also attach animated images to their tweets. GIFs are animated pictures that are commonly shared on the internet. This kind of moving images is often used instead of conventional videos. Animated GIFs are currently limited to 15MB on desktop and fiveMB on mobile. If you want to attach animated GIFs to a tweet, you can select the GIF symbol.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Twitter_is_working_on_an_edit_button\"><\/span>Twitter is working on an edit button<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A new tweet editing feature is in the works at Twitter. The feature will be similar to Google&#8217;s trending chart, where users can look for the word &#8216;edit&#8217; and see the spike in its usage. Users can use the feature to change the context of a tweet, too, and can easily find it by tapping on the three dots next to the tweet. Once it&#8217;s implemented, the Edit button will be available on tweets in the future.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s unclear when the feature will be released to all users, but Twitter has been toying with the idea of a post&#8217;s edit option for quite some time. The edit option is expected to be available to a select group of subscribers soon. Despite the disapproval generated by Twitter&#8217;s lack of a feature for years, it is possible that the new feature will launch in the coming months.
