You can read about Twitter&#8217;s other shareholders in our previous article.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"TweetDeck_is_a_customizable_social_media_app\"><\/span>TweetDeck is a customizable social media app<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The free version of TweetDeck, a customizable social media application owned by Twitter, allows you to create your own timeline that shows the most recent tweets from your chosen accounts. You can select multiple accounts to follow, and you can customize which columns display which accounts. This app allows you to schedule tweets and manage your profile. Once you download the free version, you can view all of your tweets, categories, and followers right on your desktop.<\/p>\n<p>TweetDeck lets you add up to four images to each tweet. It also lets you schedule tweets to be sent out later. Depending on your settings, TweetDeck can automatically shorten links. Once you&#8217;re ready to tweet, click the New Tweet button in the top left-hand corner. Next, write the content of your tweet and add an image if you&#8217;d like. You can also schedule a tweet or send a Direct Message instead.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"It_allows_you_to_manage_multiple_Twitter_accounts\"><\/span>It allows you to manage multiple Twitter accounts<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To use TweetDeck, you first need to sign in with your Twitter account. You can choose a default account or invite multiple people to become contributors. The default account is the one that you will be using to manage your Twitter account. Other users can then be added as admins or contributors. The admin can change the password and manage the account&#8217;s settings, while a contributor will only have access to actions within TweetDeck.<\/p>\n<p>TweetDeck allows you to connect up to 200 Twitter accounts. Once you&#8217;ve done that, you can manage them from one dashboard. You can add new Twitter accounts by selecting them from the dashboard, or you can select a default account for each account. Once you&#8217;ve connected all of your accounts, you can view and reply to comments, posts, and mentions on each one. If you&#8217;re a school or organization, you can use TweetDeck to monitor, manage, and respond to all of your Twitter accounts at once.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"It_has_similar_features_to_Hootsuite\"><\/span>It has similar features to Hootsuite<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>While TweetDeck and Hootsuite are similar in terms of features, they differ a little in some areas. For example, both allow you to manage multiple social media profiles, while TweetDeck only allows you to manage your Twitter account. Additionally, they both offer paid versions, which includes email support and community forums. Both also offer free trials, so you can test them out for yourself before making the decision to upgrade.<\/p>\n<p>While Buffer Publish is a free option, it has limitations. You can only schedule up to 50 updates at a time. TweetDeck, on the other hand, does not limit the number of scheduled posts. However, you cannot post pictures to Facebook without a Twitter account. Hootsuite has been working to correct this glitch for more than a year. Therefore, if you&#8217;re looking for a more flexible social media management tool, Buffer might be a better choice for you.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"It_offers_a_subscription_service_for_power_users\"><\/span>It offers a subscription service for power users<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Twitter&#8217;s recently launched tweet manager app, TweetDeck, offers a subscription service for power users. The company recently sent a mock-up to select users, including an explanatory message explaining the new subscription service. TweetDeck was previously free, but Twitter plans to charge users for the subscription service. A subscription fee may be worth it for power users who use the app a lot. However, individual power users may not be as enthusiastic about paying for TweetDeck.<\/p>\n<p>Twitter purchased the TweetDeck app in 2011 and has been testing it since July. The addition of TweetDeck to Twitter Blue may give the company more funds to invest in it. It offers exclusive features to subscribers. Blue is currently only available in select markets, including the U.S. and Canada. The free version remains unchanged.
