The Social Media giant has admitted to discriminating against older workers and has changed the algorithm to accommodate them. The change came about as a result of a class-action lawsuit against the company. Facebook has agreed to compensate everyone involved. The lawsuit also accuses Facebook of directing ads to younger users, which violates federal labor laws.
