Users can choose whether to turn on Quiet Mode automatically, or set it up to run periodically. The app will allow you to use Facebook for fifteen minutes at a time, but you can set a longer break if you need it more often. To enable Quiet Mode on Facebook, go to Settings and click Manage your time. From there, you can set the length of your break and set a timer to automatically turn the feature on and off.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the Quiet Mode, Facebook is also adding a tool for users to monitor how much time they spend on the platform. This new tool is available under the &#8220;Your Time on Facebook&#8221; dashboard. Facebook added this dashboard in November 2018. This new feature will give users information about their usage during the day compared to night. The social networking platform also donated $2 million to mental health organizations. Vibrant Emotional Health in the US and Canada, and Centro de Valorizacao da Vida in Brazil are among the organizations that will benefit from the new tool.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Paid_Online_Events\"><\/span>Paid Online Events<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve ever attended an online event on Facebook, you&#8217;ll be glad to know that paid online events are now monetizable. Although Facebook initially designed its events feature only for &#8220;in-person&#8221; events, businesses quickly adapted to online events. In June, live broadcasts on Facebook Pages doubled in number. Facebook has confirmed that the paid online events will be available in 19 countries. For those who aren&#8217;t familiar, paid online events are a form of advertising, so you may want to learn more about how to make money with them.<\/p>\n<p>To start hosting your own events, go to the Paid Online Events feature on Facebook. The update focuses on making the user experience more secure, authentic, and truthful. Facebook has been testing live support for developers and creators, as well as a new API for academic research. The new sidebar makes it much easier to stay up-to-date on group chats and events.<\/p>\n<p>One of the main problems with the new sidebar is that it is not alphabetized. It also has some elements that link back to the old Facebook design. If you are using the new sidebar, then you must be sure that you have added all the details about the friends you want to contact.
