In the following paragraphs, I will explain a few possible solutions.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Messages_are_sent_but_not_delivered\"><\/span>Messages are sent but not delivered<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve sent a message on Facebook, you may have noticed that it didn&#8217;t get delivered to your recipient. This may be due to a problem with your device or with the side of your friend. To find out why, follow these tips. First, make sure that your recipient is a Facebook friend. If not, you might want to try sending a message from a different device. If this doesn&#8217;t work, you can report the problem to Facebook&#8217;s support team. You can do this by logging into your account and selecting the &#8220;Give feedback&#8221; option in the &#8220;Account&#8221; section. Choose &#8220;Something went wrong&#8221; in the field that appears.<\/p>\n<p>To determine if your message is delivered, look for a blue circle icon on the Facebook page. The message may have been read by the recipient, but the recipient has not yet seen it.<\/p>\n<p>If you can&#8217;t find any notification of new messages, you can ask the person you&#8217;re talking to if they&#8217;re muted. If the person mutes you often, they&#8217;ll expect you to reply, so it&#8217;s best to ask them if they&#8217;re doing it for privacy reasons. Alternatively, you can choose to block them and prevent them from seeing your messages on Facebook. This is an easier way to find out if someone is muting you than blocking them.<\/p>\n<p>To see if someone is muted on Facebook, check the settings of your privacy. Turn on the setting known as &#8220;ignore conversations&#8221;. This will stop notifications from showing new messages from that person. Turning on this feature will allow you to avoid getting spam messages and other unwanted conversations from that person. The same setting can also be applied to Facebook&#8217;s messenger. To fix this problem, you need to clear cache. Ensure that you&#8217;ve cleared all unnecessary data, including the Messenger app, before trying to send or receive a message. Facebook has made many changes to its app and it&#8217;s likely that the changes are affecting your account.<\/p>\n<p>First, check your internet connection. Your Facebook message may not reach your friend, but the problem could lie on their end. If your friend&#8217;s internet connection is slow or not stable, the message won&#8217;t be delivered. This can happen for a variety of reasons, but in most cases, it&#8217;s the recipient&#8217;s fault. To fix this problem, ensure that the recipient&#8217;s computer and\/or mobile network are both up and running.<\/p>\n<p>The other possible reason why your Facebook message is cached is because the account of the recipient has been disabled or deactivated. This could be the result of spamming, account hacking, or intentional deactivation. While the recipient can still read your messages, they won&#8217;t be delivered.
