Tap on the inverted triangle at the top right corner and select &#8220;Security and Login.&#8221; You will see a list of devices that are logged in, including your mobile phone. Scroll down to the bottom and select &#8220;Log Out.&#8221; You will be prompted to confirm your log out. Follow the directions on the screen to log out safely and permanently. If you&#8217;ve accidentally logged out while using a different device, follow the steps below.<\/p>\n<p>First, check your browser. It may be that your Facebook login is not working as expected. This problem is typically caused by third-party extensions. These extensions are not as tightly integrated as native extensions. As such, they can interfere with the proper functioning of the site. To fix the issue, try disabling any third-party extensions. You can also uninstall them one by one. If the problem persists, check your system&#8217;s settings and reset your device.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_log_out_of_Facebook_on_all_your_devices\"><\/span>How to log out of Facebook on all your devices<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To log out of Facebook on all of your devices, you need to visit Facebook&#8217;s website. You can do this on any Windows or Mac device, and you can even log out of Facebook on a Chromebook. To log out, click the &#8220;sign out&#8221; link at the top right corner of the screen. You will then be asked to enter your username and password. After that, click &#8220;log out&#8221; and you will be logged out of Facebook on all your devices.<\/p>\n<p>To log out of Facebook on any device, you can follow the same steps as you do on the desktop website. Go to your Facebook account&#8217;s settings page. Click the three-dot icon to log out of your current session. This will be different on each browser, but the steps are the same. To log out of Facebook on your mobile device, go to Settings &gt; Password and Security. Scroll down to the last option, &#8220;Log Out.&#8221; You may wonder why all of the logout buttons are grey, but this is intentional. Facebook uses visual saliency to distract users from logging out.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_log_out_of_Facebook_on_a_phone\"><\/span>How to log out of Facebook on a phone<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To log out of Facebook on a phone, go to the settings menu and find the option called &#8220;Log out of all sessions.&#8221; You can also go to the home screen of your device and tap the three-dot icon in the upper right corner. To log out of Facebook on a phone, tap the three-dot icon again, but this time, select the option to &#8220;Log Out.&#8221; To log out of all sessions on your phone, you have to press the three-dot icon again and select &#8220;Log out.&#8221; This will automatically close your browser.<\/p>\n<p>If you lose your phone, you can also log out of Facebook remotely using the Facebook website. You can do this from the Android app or by using the Facebook website. You can also go to the settings menu of your device and check the &#8220;Active sessions&#8221; section, which shows the devices and browsers that have logged in on your behalf. Once the user has signed out of Facebook, they can no longer access their Facebook account.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_log_out_of_Facebook_on_a_tablet\"><\/span>How to log out of Facebook on a tablet<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In case you are unable to log out of Facebook on your tablet, you need to delete the Facebook app. This is a universal fix for most problems with mobile platforms. Open the Google Play store from your device&#8217;s apps dashboard and search for the Facebook app. Once you have found the app, click on its detail page to see its Uninstall button. In addition, you can also choose the &#8220;Remove App&#8221; option in the mini menu. Once you have successfully uninstalled the app, you can continue to use your Facebook account.<\/p>\n<p>To log out of your Facebook account, visit the Facebook website and click on the &#8220;Log Out&#8221; button. Alternatively, open the Facebook app on your tablet, and tap the three lines icon located in the upper or bottom right corner. From here, you can view your name, as well as various sections below. Then, tap on the &#8220;Log Out&#8221; icon, and you will be prompted to confirm your choice to log out.
