This solution may take a few minutes to complete, so be patient.<\/p>\n<p>Another way to update your Instagram app is by manually checking for updates in the Google Play Store or iOS App Store. Sometimes, you may be unable to see updates unless you have Wi-Fi. In this case, restarting your smartphone is a quick solution. However, it is advisable to check for updates on a regular basis. You can also check for updates from the Google Play Store if you cannot locate updates for Instagram on your device.<\/p>\n<p>If you still cannot install Instagram, you can try restarting your smartphone. Doing so will clear temporary errors and give the app a fresh start. If the app is crashing after rebooting, you can also try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. If the problem persists, you can also try updating your smartphone by downloading an Instagram troubleshooter from the web. Just be sure to take a backup before you factory reset your phone.<\/p>\n<p>Another method of updating Instagram is restarting your smartphone. Doing so will also update the android operating system, which will fix any problems your device may be experiencing. Sometimes, Instagram will not work or crash after restarting your phone. If this is the case, you can clear the cache of the Instagram app and restart it. Once the app is restored, you can test it again by logging in with your Instagram account. Once your phone is updated, you can reinstall it again to confirm that your phone is working properly.<\/p>\n<p>Another way to fix this problem is by rolling back to the previous version. It&#8217;s best to do it through APK Mirror. Open the APK Mirror and search for &#8220;instagram&#8221; or &#8220;Instagram by Instagram&#8221; in the &#8220;All Releases&#8221; section. Make sure that the &#8220;alpha&#8221; or beta version is not the one you&#8217;re looking for. This could lead to more problems. However, it&#8217;s worth trying different methods if you&#8217;re experiencing this problem.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reinstalling_Instagram_app_version\"><\/span>Reinstalling Instagram app version<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve ever updated your Instagram app but it hasn&#8217;t worked properly, you&#8217;ve probably heard about reinstalling Instagram app. This process is simple even for a novice user. First, unlock your smartphone and navigate to the home screen or app drawer. Look for the Instagram app icon &#8211; it&#8217;s the retro camera icon. Now, hold down on the icon and drag it to the trash symbol. Click Okay to confirm the action. Then, open the settings menu and select Applications Android. Select the Instagram app and click Uninstall.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, you can always revert back to an older version of the app. The downside of this method is that the older version has fewer features than the new version. Therefore, if you&#8217;re unhappy with the changes made to the Instagram app, reverting to an older version can be a good option. However, be aware that the older version will be less stable than the newer one. To uninstall an older version, you must follow the instructions displayed on screen.<\/p>\n<p>If the issue persists, you can also try to download the latest version of the app from an unknown source. Once you&#8217;ve downloaded the APK, navigate to your Downloads folder and install it. If the problem persists, try restarting the app or clearing the cache and data. If all else fails, you can also try appealing the decision to delete your account. If you&#8217;re not satisfied with the decision, you can still appeal to Instagram&#8217;s deletion of your account.<\/p>\n<p>If you have saved a lot of posts to your Instagram account, you can also reinstall the app version and keep access to them. The uninstalled version will remove all drafts and unread messages. If you&#8217;ve followed other Instagram users, you can unfollow them from your list. Unfollowing a user doesn&#8217;t delete the messages.
