You can either report the account directly through Instagram&#8217;s website or through its mobile app. To report an impersonating account, navigate to the user&#8217;s profile and click on the three-dot menu. Click Report Account, select the person&#8217;s profile, and submit the information.<\/p>\n<p>First, Instagram&#8217;s AI will not tolerate compromising intellectual property. In fact, it can even block your account if your frequency of posting is inconsistent. That way, it will know that the account is not genuine. If you&#8217;ve ever noticed a celebrity, public figure, or global brand that you think is impersonating you, then you may have been a victim of impersonation. The best way to deal with such a situation is to make sure that your account is unique. RAW images are not the best option for Instagram because they lack the transparencies that you want. Instead, you&#8217;ll want to use JPEG or PNG formats, which are both acceptable.<\/p>\n<p>RAW photos from cameras are much larger than what websites will accept. But when you use Instagram, the app automatically resizes the image file format, ensuring that it will not have any loss of quality. Consequently, you&#8217;ll want to keep the image file size as low as possible, as larger images will be poorly compressed by the app. Here&#8217;s how you can use RAW files on Instagram:<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"You_cant_edit_RAW_photos_in_Instagram\"><\/span>You can&#8217;t edit RAW photos in Instagram<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you have taken a RAW photo, but haven&#8217;t yet edited it, you may want to do so. Instagram will not allow you to edit this file format. If you are unsure of what aspect ratio you should use, check the manual for your camera&#8217;s specifications. Typically, aspect ratios are expressed with a colon. For example, if your camera supports 1080 x 1080 resolution, that would be 1:1. If you need a bigger image, try a 1080 x 608 setting. For a portrait-oriented photo, it would be 1.91:1.
