To do this, open the TikTok app on your phone and select privacy and personalization. Once there, tap on the &#8220;Watch History&#8221; option. Then, select the file format you prefer. Once the file download is complete, open the data file and view the videos you&#8217;ve watched.<\/p>\n<p>To download TikTok data, you need to know how to extract the video URL. There are several ways to do this, but the most common method involves downloading a TikTok data file. Firstly, copy the video URL and click &#8220;download&#8221;. Second, select a file type (MP4 or M4A). Lastly, choose a folder for the videos you&#8217;ve downloaded and paste the folder location on your computer.<\/p>\n<p>Once the download is complete, you can access your downloaded data from TikTok by signing in with your existing account.
