Like duet, you can add a comment to another user&#8217;s video or answer a question. The Stitch feature only allows you to add a clip up to five seconds in length.<\/p>\n<p>Stitch allows users to react to another user&#8217;s video by grabbing key parts of it. The content of these clips is often sarcastic or humorous, and are designed to be fun and playful. You can select up to five seconds in length and edit the video by using the slider bar. To edit the video, pay close attention to the video you&#8217;re choosing and hit the Next button when you&#8217;re finished editing it.<\/p>\n<p>While Stitch is not available for all videos on the platform, it can be a great way to share your videos with others. This feature is best used for combining clips from another user&#8217;s video. You can choose the length of the clip and add text and filters. Then, you can upload your stitched video to TikTok. However, you can disable the Stitch feature if you wish to use another user&#8217;s video. In the meantime, make sure to update the TikTok app on your mobile device.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Users_can_turn_the_feature_on_or_off\"><\/span>Users can turn the feature on or off<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;d like to enable or disable the stitch feature on all of your videos, you can do so in the settings. In the &#8220;Post&#8221; screen, toggle the &#8220;Allow Stitch&#8221; switch on or off. If you&#8217;d like to enable it for all of your videos, you can do so by selecting &#8220;Allow Stitch&#8221;. To turn off the stitch feature on individual videos, you can toggle the option under &#8220;Privacy Settings.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Using the stitch feature is easy. All you need to do is find the video you want to stitch and tap the arrow in the lower-right corner. This will open a row of options. Then, tap on &#8220;Stitch.&#8221; After selecting the option, you can crop the video. Once you&#8217;ve cropped the video, you can then edit it and publish it.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re worried that other users may use your video for commercial purposes, you can enable the stitch feature. Stitched videos will be visible on the profile page of the person who recorded them. However, if you want to restrict the Stitch option, you can do so later. This way, no one can watch your videos if they are not friends with them.<\/p>\n<p>You can choose to exclude Stitch from your collaborations and other users from viewing your videos. This option is available to those who are mutually following you. You can also choose to remove Stitch from all of your videos. Once you have uploaded a video, you can adjust its privacy settings for that particular video or for all of your videos on TikTok. To tweak your privacy settings, tap the profile icon and then choose the privacy tab.<\/p>\n<p>You can also turn off comments for individual videos. You can turn off comments on individual videos by clicking the toggle icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the video. This setting is a convenient way to prevent unwanted comments on your videos. Unlike YouTube, TikTok allows you to disable comments before you upload them.
