To find your contacts, open &#8220;Find Friends&#8221; in your TikTok account and tap on &#8220;Find&#8221; near any contact you&#8217;d like to follow. Then you can follow your friends in real life, remove your phone number, and stay active. Here are some other ways to find your contacts on TikTok.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Uninstalling_tiktok\"><\/span>Uninstalling tiktok<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you want to find your contacts on TikTok, you must first uninstall the app and reinstall it. Then, remember your login email and password. Then, you should see an &#8220;+ Person&#8221; icon in your profile page. TikTok uses your contacts data to show you videos of people you have met online. However, you can also delete this data if you don&#8217;t wish to use it.<\/p>\n<p>You can also delete your account by logging out of the app. After 30 days, your account data and videos will be deleted. You won&#8217;t be able to access your account, but you&#8217;ll be able to access your contacts. You can even download your data, but you&#8217;ll have to wait for a few days to get it. You&#8217;ll have up to four days to do this, so be patient.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Clearing_cache\"><\/span>Clearing cache<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If your significant other is having trouble finding your contacts on TikTok, you can clear the cache on the app. You can do this in two ways. You can clear the cache manually or ask your significant other to download the data from the application, which will take 1-2 days. You can also clear the search history from the Discovery tab. To do this, tap on the &#8220;Clear Cache&#8221; button in the top-right corner of your TikTok application.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a lot of drafts and don&#8217;t know where to start, you can delete them by clearing the cache on your device. Note that you cannot delete your drafts if you have already posted them. After clearing the cache, you can post new videos again. However, you should only do this if you want to find a particular contact. You can clear the cache on your Android or iOS device by going into the Apps menu and selecting TikTok. Make sure that you don&#8217;t clear the cache of your iPhone or iPad &#8211; you can lose your drafts when you do this.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Syncing_contacts\"><\/span>Syncing contacts<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In order to sync your contacts with TikTok, you need to first create an account. To do this, go to the profile page in TikTok and tap the &#8220;Profile&#8221; button on the bottom right. Then, select the &#8220;Find Friends&#8221; option in the upper right corner. Next, find your Facebook friends, and tap the &#8220;follow&#8221; button. You&#8217;ll receive a notification when they update their profile.<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t want your contacts to be synced with TikTok, you can turn off the feature. You can also toggle on or off Privacy settings to choose who can see your information. You can also disable syncing your contacts in TikTok at any time. Just make sure that you enable it for your account before making any changes to it. Alternatively, you can turn off the feature and allow only select friends to view your content.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Removing_yourself_from_suggested_accounts\"><\/span>Removing yourself from suggested accounts<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You can opt-out of being suggested to other users by changing your privacy settings on TikTok. The default setting is private. The setting &#8220;Suggest your account to others&#8221; is disabled. The settings allow you to only approve people who follow you. If you have children, TikTok locks down commenting controls. If you don&#8217;t want them to see your comments, choose &#8220;Privacy settings&#8221; and click &#8220;disabled&#8221; for your TikTok account.<\/p>\n<p>When you set up your TikTok account, you will have to input a phone number. If you don&#8217;t want your phone number to be publicly displayed, you can contact TikTok support to deactivate it. If you don&#8217;t want your phone number displayed on other people&#8217;s profiles, you can opt-out of the viral expansion. Nevertheless, you&#8217;ll have a tracking number on your profile.
