Then, you&#8217;ll have no problem reactivating your account if you need to.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Temporary_deactivation\"><\/span>Temporary deactivation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To deactivate your account from TikTok, you must first log in to your account. When you click on &#8220;deactivate account&#8221;, you are prompted to enter a confirmation code. After entering the code, your account will be permanently deleted. The good news is that you can retrieve deleted data by logging in to your account again. However, keep in mind that deactivating your account will not remove your uploaded videos or private messages. Also, it will not prevent your friends from viewing your videos and messaging.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have verified your identity, you can then proceed to deactivate your account. To do this, go to Settings and privacy. Tap Manage Account. In the Manage Account page, tap Delete Account. To remove your account, follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Once you have confirmed your deactivation, you will see a message asking you to re-enter your password.<\/p>\n<p>Deactivating your account is easy. While your account will remain in the TikTok database for 30 days, you will no longer be able to post or view any videos. Once you deactivate your account, you will not be able to reactivate it until 30 days have passed. After that, you can re-activate it anytime you wish. If you want to avoid using TikTok as a social media outlet, temporarily deactivating your account is an ideal solution.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reactivation\"><\/span>Reactivation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you have forgotten your TikTok password, you can reactivate it within 30 days. The first step is to enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone. Once you have done this, you will be asked to sign in with your service again. After this, you can view your deleted videos. You can then reactivate your account if you want. However, if you haven&#8217;t done this, you will be banned from TikTok for a year.<\/p>\n<p>To deactivate your TikTok account, go to settings and click &#8220;Delete account&#8221;. You will then be prompted to confirm the deletion. You will need to confirm this by clicking &#8220;Delete account.&#8221; This will delete your account for 30 days. However, after this time, you will be able to reactivate your account. You can also use the same procedure to reactivate your account after 30 days.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re unable to sign in, don&#8217;t panic! There&#8217;s a way to recover your TikTok account. First, download the TikTok app, launch it, and tap on the &#8220;Profile&#8221; tab on the navigation bar. After doing so, you will be asked to choose your login method and enter your account credentials. If you haven&#8217;t already, you&#8217;ll be prompted to enter your email address or phone number. After filling out this form, TikTok will review your account and make the appropriate changes.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SMS_verification\"><\/span>SMS verification<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;re having trouble logging into TikTok, you can deactivate SMS verification by following these simple steps. After logging in to your account, you&#8217;ll see a notification asking you to enter a 6-digit code. Enter the code in the field provided. You&#8217;ll then be redirected to a new screen that allows you to input your phone number and enter the code.<\/p>\n<p>To deactivate TikTok SMS verification, log into your account and select &#8220;Manage Account.&#8221; Once you&#8217;re there, enter the code and click &#8220;Delete account&#8221;. You may also be required to confirm that you own the account or request a new one by phone. TikTok has a support line that can help you if you need help, but it can take a while to reply. Alternatively, you can connect your account to another social networking site and delete it via that link.<\/p>\n<p>You can also deactivate TikTok two-step verification by changing the email address you use to sign up. Changing this will prevent you from receiving the two-step verification code when you log in. You may be able to manually enter a verification code instead, but you&#8217;ll have to pay for it.
