Here&#8217;s what you need to know about Walmart&#8217;s new social media strategy.<\/p>\n<p>The TikTok saga has taken a number of twists and turns. For instance, the Commerce Department has delayed enforcement of President Trump&#8217;s executive order on online video, but that didn&#8217;t prevent Walmart and Oracle from signing a commercial partnership. The two companies have said they are &#8220;working on final agreements.&#8221; But before that, Walmart and Oracle would have to get regulatory approval from China.
